Wow! I am blown away by the kindness and professionalism I have received by this company! I am not even a paying customer and I have been the recipient of such care, by not only the owner, Jhinson, but also by Lanisha, and another gentleman (so sorry I didnt catch your name), when I called back to thank Lanisha for her return phone calls & help, she wasnt there that day, he asked me to call back the next day & thank her myself because it would mean more coming from me, than him. He didnt know me or why I was even calling. I could have been dismissed, and was half expecting that. Strength in integrity and character is what came thru to me in my brief interaction with this company. I can only imagine the quality of their work. And that obviously comes from top down. What a wonderful business to work with. I am beyond happy with the guidance, craftsmanship and kindness given to us as we navigated a big bathroom Reno. We had a few hiccups that were no fault of theirs, just my uneven walls already there and they made sure that my bathroom was absolutely perfect before they called it complete. From the personable owner, to the detailed craftsman, to such insightful and friendly designers, we felt we were in stellar hands. You won't be disappointed if you hire them for your next project. We renovated not one but two bathrooms with Master Tile as well as replaced a kitchen backsplash. We are delighted with the results! Their designers provided us with beautiful and functional designs and their installers treated our home like their own. They show up when they say they will. They clean up at the end of each work day and the owner makes it a point to stop by frequently to assure the work is done properly and according to plan. If I had a third bathroom or needed a kitchen renovation I'd absolutely use them again.

We used them for two jobs- master bath remodel and re-tiling another floor. The jobs were well organized, well executed with high quality tiling. The owner Jhinson was always responsive and had very practical ideas. The showroom staff, Jana, were helpful and kept everything moving to schedule. The workmen were very careful and the final result was superb. Happy to recommend.
