When i requested a copy of my dogs records it indicated that she "had bitten unprovoked." I called the vet and wrote a letter stating that the alleged incident was not accurate as i was in the room and they never reached out to me via phone or email about this. A serious incident such as a dog bite would warrant a phone call or email. They took the word of the vet tech over me without ever looking into the facts. (Long term vet tech Jenn is wonderful so if you are a patient she's the one to request - most experience and great with all the animals.)

I love this Veterinary hospital! The staff is so kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. Every staff member Ive encountered has been wonderful. My dogs are usually extremely scared during vet visits, yet they do so well at this office! It definitely helps that they have you wait in the car until your appointment time. It can be very stressful for animals to sit in the waiting room with other nervous pets. Front desk staff members are always friendly & on top of things! Prescriptions are refilled promptly. I really like that appointments are efficient, yet I never feel like Im being rushed. You guys are the best! Walter & Apollo say thank you for being so kind!
