I have suffered an Achilles injury for the past 8 months with no relief from traditional orthopedic doctors. A friend recommended Elite Heath Services and from the moment I arrived at their location in Old Greenwich, I have been on the mend. Under the care of Alex Blank, I am getting better.. finally. It's only been 5 sessions with home exercises between office visits, but already I feel progress in my recovery. Thanks to the Team at Elite Health Services for introducing me to Alex

I’ve been a client at Elite Health Services for over 13 years. Brad and his entire team of PRs are exceptional. Beth has been my trainer for almost 10 years. She is amazing and works along side the PTs to keep me together which is no small task!

I have had sciatic and lower limb pain for more than 15 years with multiple interventions and no real relief.I am a physician myself and got referred by a friend to Elite. Alex is great at his evaluation and clinical examination . He was able to tailor what my “issue” needed. I have had a few sessions with so much improvement in my pain level that I can’t wait to be free of it soon! Alex listens and syncs well to your limitations and motivations to provide great results. Would recommend whole heartedly!
