I recently replaced the windows in my home as they were rather old, drafty and unsealed. After researching window companies and meeting with various sales people, I can upon Bruce Woolf of Pella Windows. I must say working with Bruce was a great experience. From the moment he arrived, he was professional and attentive. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and then provided me with a range of options that would suit my requirements. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of windows and their benefits, and patiently answered all of my questions. What impressed me the most was his genuine concern for finding the right windows for my home, rather than pushing for a quick sale a tactic I found others using, which was unappealing. Bruce provided me with detailed information and even showed me samples of the windows, allowing me to make an informed decision. Overall, Bruce made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
