Mark has been my pump service for nearly 5 years. Always great service, value and service. This is a professional who takes pride in his work. On this day, he went beyond all expectation. We had water backing up in the basement due to a clogged line to the septic tank. I called Mark (on a Sat) and he was in our driveway in less than 40 min. Figured out the issue in about 20 min but took more time to explain and educate me on how to "maintain" a healthy septic system. After an hour at my home, he refused payment as it was "a simple fix". I don't often write Google reviews but I often rely on them. I just had to share this experience. Mark is a value to any home owner, not just for his great service but for the knowledge and time he is willing to share to ensure your septic system is healthy and trouble free.
