        Service guy was nice but wrong part ordered so 2 visits and almost 2 months later Im still waiting.manager not great at responding in a timely manner and not customer friendly in person either

        very poor service department ! They don't call back when we said they would . They had to come three times to fix a gas fireplace , then they misplaced the logs , so that the flames were going straight into the chimney ... very dangerous ... we cannot wait to change gas company !!!!!
