Freddy and his team at Leon Restoration were invaluable in turning my 70-year old monstrosity into a masterpiece, essentially rebuilding my home from the outside in. Freddy is a true craftsman when it comes to any copper work, which is essential in preventing any water leaks. The team at Leon Restoration repaired and replaced the roof, gutters and downspouts, siding, deck, removed a horrible illegally constructed stairwell and replaced it with a new cellar door that doesnt leak, demod multiple layers of old kitchen and bathroom flooring so that the new hardwood floors would be flush with the existing, rebuilt my rotting and termite-damaged garage and weird breezeway, repaired, replaced my front entry that had an incorrect pitch (causing water to go toward and into the building, which meant rot and termites), custom made all new copper flashing for all the new exterior windows and doors so that they wont leak water, and replaced all the insulation and added additional support and Blueskin along the way. They not only restored my house, they rebuilt it and made it much better than it ever was before. I highly recommend Leon Restoration for roofing and everything else, because they can do it all! Freddy and his team have been lifesavers for us and our 100+ year old slate roofed house. We have had Freddy address several issues weve encountered with our roof over the last few years, from replacing slate tiles and dormer windows to installing copper flashing/window wells/snow guards, during which Freddy has been reliable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Freddy has even installed a new storm door, corrected existing gutters eradicating any basement flooding, and did excellent work on our chimney! I cannot recommend Freddy enough - we are so thankful for his expertise!

Freddy has done several projects at our house over the years. It was all excellent work. He solved several problems and fixed others' mistakes. From difficult roofing projects to chimney and siding. His work is quick and he's always friendly.

After first having roofing work done by another contractor, we were unhappy with the result. A friend recommended Freddy. Freddy and his team fixed all the previous mistakes and completed additional work on the gutters and chimney. All the work was done perfectly. We highly recommend Freddy and his team. He is honest, creative, communicates very well and is an expert at his craft.
