Cesar did the most amazing job. I handed him a detached garage with rotting wood problems, no lateral stability, slab was cracked and the original structure was not level. For a completely reasonable quote, he repaired it and turned it into a gorgeous, high-quality, weather-tight art studio. Cesar insisted on replacing every piece of wood or sheathing that was had water damage in the past and doing it the right way, oil-priming the ends of new sheathing added. He also added steel connections between each existing and new timber for a robust structural system. The trimwork and detailing was exceptional, with cedar and oak (no plastic or vinyl). He finished it off with insulation, electrical, porcelain tile and interior moulding. He did the entire thing in about 4 weeks, start to finish. You would never guess what it was before. He is friendly, explains every step of the process, and punctual.

Not skilled at all. Leaves work awkward and incomplete. Steals your tools.
