        Discovered this morning that they permanently closed their drive up teller window. I parked instead and went in - to discover 3 employees and NO clients in the bank. Since there was NO ONE in the bank - why could they not help me when I drove up to the drive in teller? “New policy, here it is” handing me a leaflet describing their permanent closure of the drive up teller... WHY ARE THEY IN BUSINESS IF THEIR CLIENTS CONVENIENCE IS NOT IMPORTANT?
