i like that the place js so small and I love their food! my favorite food from there is the pasta dishes!

The only positive thing I have to say for the North Branford Abate's is that the employees were somewhat friendly. The service itself, the food, and the experience were extremely unfortunate.
Multiple parts of the order were completely wrong; different-parts-of-the-menu-wrong, not just overcooked-wrong. When I received a salad instead of chicken, the waitress apologized profusely and then asked me what kind of dressing I would like.
When I gave over a LivingSocial coupon, the waitress explained that my wife's order off of the Specials menu wouldn't be covered, though there was no even remotely-related exception mentioned on the coupon when I paid money for it.
The whole experience is particularly unfortunate, because this is the closest restaurant to my house, and one of the only places that delivers to my address. What could have been my go-to place for spending pizza money is now on my very short 'Never Again' list. I bought two of the LivingSocial coupons, and I'd feel guilty even giving the second one to a friend.
