Today our hot tub was delivered by Jason, who managed to sneak it through our fence opening and deck with ease. He definitely made it look easy, just a bit of a challenge. He took the time to go over all the aspects of the inside and out, the controls, chemicals the do's and dont's and was a pleasure to work with. Even after having our previous hot tub for over 25 years, we learned a few new things! It was a good experience from start to finish.

Worse costumer service They are nice to you when you are doing a purchase. I spend over $16000. After that is been nothing more then frustration and struggle to get any type of service from them. They lie and play games so they dont have to help the costumer. Stay away from this business

I finally got a new replacement of my not even 6 months old cover of my swim spa, but only thanks to Nick G, for months dealing with Shelly in customer service, getting negative feedback and response and been told my brand new hot tub's cover is not under warranty , long history, Nick G took care of this immediately and getting very positive results within 2 weeks got my cover, Jason did excellent job, make me feel like a customer service should've. So thank you for helping make us happy and satisfied customers once again. Ed and Lorraine

They have made things right, finally. October 22, 2022 they fixed the leak from August 2022 and, today, December 1, 2022, I received the cover. I'd love to say that either thing happened without me calling multiple times, but alas, no. ------------------------------------------ Where to begin. We ordered a swim spa in June 2020 (I know, right in the thick of COVID). The swim spa was delivered April 2021. It was less of a frustration of the time, but the lack of communication and updates and the constant shirking of any accountability to provide any update to timing. I chalk this up to COVID and life moved on. October 2021, lifting the handle all of the stitches on one side completely came out (see picture). I followed up a couple times, then in November, then a couple months later. Here we are a year later and there is no update from Hot Tub Discounts. Then this month, called at the beginning of August for a possible leak, 2 weeks later, August 15, a technician diagnosed the issue and found a gasket was leaking (a manufacturing defect). He did not have the part, but would order it. Here were are September 15, swim spa still leaks and no updates from Hot Tub Discounts.
