Quality Dry Basements

Great company and great people. The team was punctual and clean in their operation. They were communicative-explained everything several times if needed. The owner, Tom is incredible and hands on-visits the work site and offers adjustments as needed. They are flexible and kind. The workteam cleaned up very well after the job. In the end, I'm happy with the workmanship and that I chose to use this company. I love that there's a lifetime warranty as well. I've called with questions and they are very responsive and pleasant.

Tom from Quality Dry Basements was awesome! He came to give an inspection on a house that I was looking to purchase and he was thorough and professional. He also took the time to answer all my questions and was he was such a pleasure to work with throughout. Ive met very few people who I can confidently say are good at what they do - and Tom falls squarely into that category. 5/5 would recommend!

I was very pleased at the responsiveness and professionalism of the crew that completed installation of two pumps and associated piping in my basement. The guys were excellent workers and completed the job right on time. Very well done. I would recommend this company highly.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS: (5 STARS) Quality Dry Basements was a pleasure to work with. Tom, the owner was exceedingly knowledgeable and professional and came up with a plan to resolve our long standing water issues. He provided a polite, respectful, very hard working and competent crew to perform the work. They arrived early, every day, and the entire team of 6 men worked full days every day after starting the job until it was completed. They were efficient and kept us informed of progress at the end of each day. The job was inherently messy including drilling and excavation of the floor around the inside perimeter of the building, installation of drainage pipes and incorporation of a commercial dehumidifier into the drainage system, but they cleaned up as they went and kept the space clean. Tom and his team were some of the most professional people I've ever worked with. On time or early every morning. Nothing but good things to say about quality dry basements. They even helped out by tying a nearby gutter drain into the sump discharge system and no extra charge and patched up a lot of concrete gaps again with no extra charge. Highly recommend if you need a basement system.
