I recently utilized the services of Bill Jr & son septic LLC for a Pre buy home Septic inspection, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Customer service was exceptional. The inspector, the owner who visited my property was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the septic system but also extremely personable and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly explain the inspection process and patiently answered all of my questions. Very professional. Thanks to their prompt and efficient service, I now have peace of mind knowing that my septic system is in good hands. I highly recommend them.

Had a backup on my septic tank because the previous company that did the pump out never cared to mention or perform a cleaning on the filter (which I didnt know existed until now). I reached out to Bill directly (on a Saturday) and he arrived at my place within the hour to locate the second cap, remove the filter, and clean it out. Ill be a repeat customer moving forward, thanks again!
