Susan was GREAT at setting up SYSTEMS for our office! You may have some "star" performers on your dental team, but then your office is people dependent, and your results can vary depending on who is carrying out a particular task. Susan was able introduce consistency to our workflow, which reduced stress, and enabled us to reach our daily production goals. I recommend her highly!
