I have had multiple experiences with Jeff. My mother called him to trim her tree. He quoted her a price, promised to come TWO times after the price was quoted but never showed. When she finally called him, he said he wasn't coming because the price he had quoted wasn't worth it. She also had referred him to our neighbor who needed trees down immediately because one had fallen on our garage. He promised to be there the very next day, and never showed so after a week, our neighbor had to call another tree guy to resolve the issue. We will never again refer Jeff to anyone because of his poor customer service.
