Looking around for low cost sterilization in my area I came across an organization who I purchased two certificates for a male and female kittens. New Milford Animal Hospital was the only Place in my area accepting the vouchers. I called them they gave me a quote based on a male and female for $330 for both. When I picked the male up the first day I was charged $165 for the male. The second day I was charged $265.00. Days later when I caught up to the discrepancy I realized I was overcharged by $100. I called them and of course everything she said was correct everything I said I was wrong. She changed her tune by saying that, I told her they were two males, I responded if they would've been two males I would not had rushed to get them fixed so soon. I've been rescuing animals for over forty years I would not ever had told her they were two males when even the vouchers are identified as one male and one female. PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS. Usually reputable vets give you a quote page for you to sign, I don't recall them ever giving me one for me to sign. All I have is the writing on my calendar as I was looking around for the best quote and was writing it all on the calendar. But if you go to them be aware and make sure you sign a quote page so they don't overcharge you then everything they say will be allegedly right and everything you say, you'll be wrong. SCAMMERS! As per your response, I was clear as to my kittens sexes and I also heard clear what your inexperienced receptionist said to me on the phone. The fact they overcharged me by $100 it only speaks about the kind of conniving training they've received there to make up for the monies they loose when they accept sterilization vouchers from "friends for Animals." SCAMMERS!!
