        Had booked for a Monday and they never showed, they said they would do it the morning and then by late afternoon they still haven't shown and I requested a cancel and they charged me a 70$ cancel fee when they never showed for either.

        I hired someone through Home Advisor to do a move out cleaning and they canceled an hour before they were supposed to arrive. I called Truemaid Cleaning Co as they were one of the few open on a Saturday. The owner was lovely while I explained my ordeal and without hesitation she had two people over to help me. Given that I was in a bind, she could’ve charged me a lot. Very fair pricing, prompt and just an all around nice experience. Her staff were professional and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this local company and plan to use them in the future.
