        Better off booking on your own. These idiots don't know how travel works. My company uses them and I do not have a choice in the matter. Multiple times they have booked flights with insufficient layover time to change planes, or don't leave room for the possibility of delays, and generally don't know the areas we ask them to book, unless it is the North East US. On a recent trip to Oklahoma, they put me in a run-down motel that was regularly robbed, rather than put me 15 miles down the road in an actual hotel. 15mi may be a hassle in New Haven, but in Oklahoma it's 15 minutes.
