Enjoyed my forest bathing. Not Olympia, WA, but soul refreshing just the same.

Kayak launch at lower tide levels is a wretched deep mud flat! Kayak launch at full moon high tides may be nonexistent.

A wonderful walk. Beautiful views and rock formations. 2 picnic tables, one at the beginning of the trail and one at the fishing area overlooking the water. Not a long hike, but very nice.
