Aaron is a great commercial and editorial photographer! I've worked with Aaron and his team for over a decade, first on editorial assignments for Amtrak Magazine where he was sent to a East Coast city and he would capture the local flavor for travel articles and later for Arizona State University for their alumni magazine covering ASU/NASA events in D.C. He provides more than what you ask for, options and set-ups, takes the time for creative brainstorming and feedback and the photos are always beautiful.

Big Aaron is by far one of the best photographers I have had the honor of working with. He is extremely responsive and professional with incredible attention to technical detail. His work is meticulous, original and of the highest caliber. We are a smaller agency and it was truly a pleasure to work with Aaron. Our most recent project was remote and Aaron made the entire process seamless. We look forward to collaborating with him again.

Aaron Kotowski photographed my headshots, and he completely overdelivered every single step of the way. From the moment I stepped into his studio, he did everything in his power to make me feel completely relaxed in front of the camera, like making jokes to make the photos look more natural, and he brought such a positive vibe to our shoot. The entire process fun, and the photos he produced are the best photos I've ever had taken of me. He is a true pro and master of his craft. I had a fantastic experience with Innervate Studios. I needed a professional headshot done, which I expected to be a bit of a chore, but Innervate's online booking was convenient and the session itself was painless. Aaron went above and beyond throughout the experience. He was patient, accommodating, and put me at ease. Most importantly, he was determined that I be 100% happy with the results. In the end, it was hard to pick just a few photos because he got so many great shots. I couldn’t' be happier with the result would definitely recommend Aaron for any kind of photography.
