        My normal doctor is Dr. Casper but he wasnt in for me to get my birth control removed from my arm so I had to go to Dr. Richman. And to be honest, I didnt feel like she cared. The reason being is because when she went to put the lidocaine in my arm to numb it she spilled a lot of it out of the syringe before actually sticking me with what was left. I felt it run down my arm before the pinch. Then she didnt even wait to make sure that the lidocaine to numb me. She started cutting me and I felt it. I told her and she stopped and got more lidocaine but was rushing the MA that was helping her and kind of being rude to her. She rushed everything after she finally gave the second dose of lidocaine. I expected my arm to be sore but its more than usual. I finally take my bandage off and the cut is still open. She didnt put the stitches on properly. I dont want to believe she does this to all of her actual patients, but if she acted this way with me, I can only imagine.
