I first consulted with Justin Fappiano while working on my wife's application for permanent residency before we had gotten married, so that we could make arrangements with the date of the wedding and when to file for the permanent residency. I've had some experience in working with USCIS and felt confident we could do this process ourselves, but I can't describe the peace of mind that Justin afforded us when we ultimately decided to hire him. Yes there is a cost to hiring an attorney, but in this day-and-age, having someone, like Justin, to make sure that everything is in order and to offer well-reasoned advice from years of experience was invaluable. He was with us each step of the way and was a reassuring and measured presence that made this difficult process easier. Justin is professional yet very down-to-earth. I was referred to him by a family member for help obtaining permanent recidency for my husband.
