Paula was fabulous. I'm using the extreme word "fabulous" because Paula was exactly that -- terrific beyond words. Knowledgeable, responsive, caring, kind and above all selfless, Paula exhibited the type of customer service that would make any person in business a success. About 8 months ago we received a letter in the mail about Medicare and I had a lot on questions. Neither my wife nor I were anticipating needing Medicare for a few years but seeing ads on T.V. and hearing stories saying if you don't sign up there are penalties, I needed the real story. I called Paula and she explained it all to me based on our plans and circumstances. Fast forward to about two weeks ago, my wife and I found out that we were losing our current benefits at the end of August (a layoff). In a panic, I called Paula, and she explained exactly what we needed to do and assured me she would get us through it and get us enrolled by the end of the month. SHE DID!! She told us exactly what we needed to do to sign up for Part-A and Part-B. We also needed the other parts to insure we had the coverage we need. We sent her the information she needed to determine the best way and we also applied for a Medicare Advantage plan that would give us the coverage we needed at the lowest cost. AND... with her guidance we were able to do everything we needed to do to get enrolled in time so we are covered. We would never gotten this done in time to continue our healthcare coverage. We wife and I STRONGLY recommend Paula to anyone that needs advice on Medicare!!!
