I spoke to Eugene Axelrod himself back in March I explain my entire situation It was very knowledgeable and said we could proceed as long as I paid my retainer and signed the agreement I did that the following week and have not heard from the law firm since since I've reached out to that numerous times and keep being told that they will forward my complaint to the iegal team

Would not recommend this law firm. As an actual former client I can tell you this is not a professional law firm and these are not lawyers that care at all. My own lawyer from this firm showed up about 2 hours late to my court case and was covered in dandruff. The judge actually sat down next to me to try and help me feel better because he saw me crying as I was waiting, and the judge was about to dismiss the case due to how late the lawyer was showing up. I called the law firm expresses my outrage on the day of my case and they could say nothing besides the lawyer is coming. All in all I would really stress, find another law firm.

I hired Mr. Axelrod to represent me in a discrimination suit filed with CHRO against my former employer, the state of Connecticut. My case basically hinged on whether or not the state had to provide me with an accommodation so that I wouldn't have to work double shifts. I lost my case because the state didn't have to accommodate me since I worked in a hospital. Axelrod says that he has decades of experience and has fought against the state many times... so if he was doing his job, he should have known this or at least inquire before leading me on a two-year odyssey that cost me $4500. I cannot prove this, but I firmly believe he knew the accommodation laws all along but strung me along for the nice fat fee. In my opinion he is a fraud. I cannot in good conscience recommend this man to anyone.

By FAAAARRRRR the worst law firm I have EVER been to. Hands Down. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be wary of using this law firm. There are FAR better ADA attorneys in CT and if I had the help to find a good one during my time of need I would not have chosen these lawyers. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW unprofessional, unproductive, and how greedy this law firm is. Please do yourself a HUGE favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE. This is YOUR TIME, YOUR MONEY, YOUR EFFORT, and this law firm WILL NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART.

Very Unprofessional. Tries to belittle you and talk down to you. Doesn't listen to what you are saying and tries to twist your answers to his questions around and pretends not to understand. Very slow talker. Stay away. Washed up.
