Frank Fonteyn is an excellent communicator — always available to answer my questions and contextualize every step of the buying process. He also made sure to check in when he hadn’t heard from me in a while. I took a long time to decide on a house and to put in my offer but I never felt pressured to act before I felt comfortable doing so. He would tell me honestly whether it would be worth my time to visit certain homes — he was respectful of my priorities and budget. Frank showed the home to me and people I trusted a few times before I made an offer. Frank advocated for me throughout the process, ensuring I would not be penalized for negligence on the part of the seller’s attorney. He attended my closing and provided copies of the signed addendum when the seller failed to complete the agreed upon repairs. The closing lasted an hour longer than it should have, but Frank remained calm during the whole process and assured me I had every right to get what was agreed upon. I would recommend his services to anyone.
