It's a shelter not a hotel! People live there on a daily basis, hotel and rooms stink! They don't have any non smokers rooms because people somke there inside even on a staircase! I got an email from menager of red roof inn about the refund and to contact original source of my booking (what was red roof inn phone line) and then I couldn't email them back.

The night time manager insecurity guard is Very racist and disrespectful went downstairs to buy a drink from defending machine and the manager sent the security guard to come and tell me to leave after I booked a room for five nights only stayed three and after I prove that I was in the system, the manager tried to kick me out at 2:37 AM in the morning very disrespectful
