He was always available with respect to inquiries, handled any and all issues with the insurance company, and negotiated substantially more payment than initially offered. Knowledgeable, persistent and unrelenting! The insurance company worked quickly to use my lack of knowledge and experience to thier advantage. Brian doggedly proved, then pursued my claim to all relevant insurance personnel, continuing up the ranks. It took many months, but he was able to resolve the claim fairly. Year 2 Update: Well the claim was resolved, it was not closed for another year. during this year, Brian continued to advise me and keep the insurance company informed and involved while necessary renovations were completed. Then he pursued the company and was able to settle the remainder of the claim. My family and I will be forever grateful to Brian Sattler and Cornerstone Public Adjustment Services.
