So many positive things to say! I was coming from out of town driving through a tornado watch and was stuck in traffic. Pete was more concerned about my well being and waited for me to get there. I was so grateful and then took the time to get me all checked in with a smile and patience till my movers arrived!

This facility is clean, it is accessible and the staff are friendly and professional. They understand all the challenges that come with using a storage space and I found them to be very accommodating and trustworthy. I’d definitely recommend them!

I must admit in a time of immense stress between buying my first home and having to get storage units in such a short period of time , I was so relieved after dealing with Ed and Andrew at Pepper Street Self Storage. These gentlemen went above and beyond to make a process that is normally absurd , so simple and easy. I couldn’t thank these guys enough , and whenever someone asks where I stored my belongings I will always praise you guys ! I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone if you need a quick rental unit and professional staff who understands you , your in the right hands . Thanks again guys !!
