Went for lunch. Wasnt to empress on the lunch menu considering the other 100s eaterys on the same street. Not sure about the dinner menu. The service and atmosphere was great!

Owner is very rude- I just wont go here anymore; this is based on a number of visits and phone calls for reservations. When we learned that it was the owner who was that rude, we crossed it off the list

Great location but... I've eaten at Luce a three times in the last few years. Safe, off-road parking in the heart of Middletown but the food is sub par, the prices are top shelf and the wait staff overwhelmed. Seems like there is simply not enough people on duty to get meals out in a timely fashion and don't expect follow ups such as drink orders, checking in to make sure everything is good or to get your check without having to go to chase after it. My overall impression of the food and service is that the management does not care if you have a good experience or not. I assume their location alone is the reason they're still in business.
