I have used this company for many years to clean my business. They leave it immaculate and fresh smelling. They are always in time and I feel go above and beyond. I recommend them to any business. Best company around

Stay away from doing business with this company. They are currently contracted to clean our office 5 days a week . They barely do it one. The floors are filthy. The bathrooms are never cleaned and being a medical facility the exam rooms are having to be wiped clean by the staff when we come in. In this time of Covid their time was extended from 3 days to 5 and all that did was put more money in their pockets for doing nothing. PS Investigate the other names on these reviews it will tell you all you need to know about this company. DH is the ex wife ( mother of one of the owners) Howard Henrdickson is her husband and works for the company. Christian La joy is the owners 12year old grandson . Do your homework google his name and youll see what a schiester he is. Youll see all those names DH Danelle Hendrickson as relatives

This company gives you a weekly cleaning when you're paying for 6-7 days a week. They come in and clean one day snd otherwise barely empty the trash. We, upon opening still need to wipe everything down. It 90% of the time doesn't look vacuumed. Get the picture.

Ultimate Maintenance has been extremely professional and dedicated to our Medical practice during this very difficult COVID-19 pandemic.
