I have had nothing but problems with this office. There has been multiple times I have called there and they have no clue what I'm talking about. They say they will call me back with more information and I never receive a call. I even try to call them back and they tell me they will call me back again even after calling them for a second time. My bill goes up and they don't know why. What are you doing if you are not doing your job. Every time I talk to Sam he talks over me and doesn't let me speak. It is frustrating and if I could rate it no stars I would. Get it together.

I found them very easy to work with. Katie was great! Very helpful and took the needed time to explain and answer all my questions. I would recommend them highly!

Terrible. My husband and I signed up for auto and home insurance through the Sam Uddin office while we were purchasing our first house. Right before closing on our home our mortgage company informed us that our home insurance information was never sent to them. I called Katie at this office and was told they no longer can provide us with home insurance due to our home having a metal roof (a brand new policy effective that week). We had to rush to find another company to provide homeowner's insurance during the stress of closing on our house. Once we found another company Farmer's increased our auto insurance bill because we could no longer bundle the home and auto. Due to cost we decided to cancel everything with Farmer's and group our auto and home insurance with the new company, however it's been almost 2 months now of calling Katie from this office to try and cancel. I am still getting emails about the next bill due for June and getting automatic debits from our bank account. I called the corporate phone number tonight who told me they could not help us cancel our policy, and we would have to do that through the Sam Uddin office (which we already tried). I've never had a problem with Geico or Progressive when switching auto insurance in the past. This is plain theft, and if not taken care of immediately I will be making claim with the Better Business Bureau.
