The team from Servpro of Middletown have been outstanding and have made a very stressful situation, flood and mold, manageable. From the first assessment through clean up, remediation and negotiating with our homeowners insurance Tim, Jessica, Israel and team have been great. The workers have all been respectful and professional. The back office is highly responsive. A special shout out to Jessica as the project manager as she has been amazing. Highly recommend. Very bad management. Insurance fraud at it’s best. My father’s insurance company wanted nothing to do with them and now I know why. This company is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with and the manager Jessica is a vile human being. She made excuses for every error made by her employees and it was one lie after another. Save yourself the trouble and hire a different Servpro. Service: Water damage cleanup

Came to remove flooring on a Friday and came back right on Monday to check how it was drying. Company does their best for their customers. Appreciate it.

One disaster after another with this company, and supervisors Jessica and Eric were terrible to deal with. As no other place in this area, you are stuck with this company, but I wish you luck!!! Told 3-5 days to dry basement—— finally left on day 15 after holding me hostage in my home as they don’t tell you when they are coming out (day or time)!!! Service: Water damage cleanup

Everyone from the office staff to the team that comes out was so professional and well spoken. They explained everything and walked us thru what they was going to do. Great customer service!!
