With COVID they seem unwilling or unable to adequately serve their clientelle. My son has no problem getting in touch with his psychiatrist, but trying to get a hold of his therapist is next to impossible. Nobody returns phone calls. Funny thing is the people they are supposed to serve are at high risk. Update ... They continue to provide piss poor service

Absolutely horrific. Funny that this place has a mission statement of compassionate, individualized care. This place refuses to work with me and doesnt listen to anything that I say. I am disabled and they are now putting additional financial and physical burdens in place to make obtaining my medications absolute Hell. Theyve slandered me in my medical records with absolutely ZERO evidence.They want me out of there; I want to get out of there-but now because of a primary diagnosis that Gusfa literally made up out of thin air-I cannot get any other doctor in the entire state of CT to take me as a new patient. Gusfa enjoys making patients lives even more of a nightmare than our lives already are. Ive never felt more suicidal than with every encounter with this place. It should be illegal to enter a diagnosis into a medical record without MEDICAL EVIDENCE. Ive never felt so degraded and disrespected as a human being than at this place: since Dr. Foreman retired.

I have been failed by these people multiple times. Really went down hill after Dr. Forman left. They will tell you, "you don't look autistic",even though you are". Go to Easter seals to get Autism eval, they will help you.

UPDATED : the problem here is the psychiatrist working here basically doesnt care for doing his job. He asked me to come in-person for an appt instead of telehealth and I agreed . when I got there I was treated like I just invaded the place with no set appointment when in reality the appt was set up by him. This appointment was importaint to continue on meds that keep me out of the hospitol. we walked into meeting room instead of a doctors office, and he just stood there and told me "you can stand or sit if you want idc" . I have never had a more unprofessional doctors appt in my entire life. I decided to sit down(like a normal human being) as he stood there looking down at me making me feel "lesser" than him. then he told me my tinitus was because i was autistic(which im not). and then called me a doctor shopper and proceded to prescribe me valium which i told him was not the right medication but he insisted i try it. I ended up in the hospitol because of this insane persons power trip. Do not go to gilead for med management , or anything for that matter . they need to start treating their patients like people and not the treatment I recieved. ohh yes also that psychiatrist also told me my anti seizure medication is dangerous and to stop taking it (which could end up killing me) or he would not treat me . gilead has the worst psychiatry i have ever experienced in over 10 years of dealing with seizures and having mental health issues this was the worst experience i have ever had
