        They've been bought out. It's a different parent company now. All the good reviews are old. I paid for a chimney cleaning. The technician came out, tried to sell me a bunch of stuff, left without cleaning the chimney, and charged me anyway.

        I cannot say enough about Steve the service technician that came to clean our chimney. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I noticed after he left he even did a little masonry repair at the time of the chimney cleaning (no need for me to reschedule for this (: Very happy with the price and service of the company.         We've been using Nayaug for years. After trying some other chimney services, we settled on Nayaug and won't use anyone else. Always professional and friendly, and they even clean up when done servicing the chimney. The prices are reasonable, too.
