Your money and personal information is not safe with Liberty!!!! 4 checks were cashed out of my business accounts none had my signature or even close to it as soon as I found out about the situation I called and told them to stop all checks and account that was December 1, 2024 and I asked how is this possible? I went to branch as instructed filed claim went to police station filed report now 3 months later they say there is nothing they can do even tho they failed to have a secure system to catch this???? Keep in mind I have not yet after almost 3 months I call corporate and they refuse to get me a manager on the phone they refuse to send me to a fraud department which I dont think they even have one even if they do there is certainly no1 watching any fraud happening in this bank system. It is very SCARY to know how your account information and your $ arent secure and safe with this bank! I am filing a claim and complaint with state and feds on this bank because they must be held responsible for all actions they fail to take against fraud!! I lost thousands of $ on this fraud and they never once put a manager to explain what happened to my account!!! They just keep ignoring the situation untill you are tired of calling and going to bank and going to police but its wrong they are very bad bank!! Please stay away and if you have any fraud happen on any of your accounts that you have at liberty bank of course call them immediately but right after that call the state and feds and file a claim/ complaint about the bank because I promise you liberty bank managers or fraud department they will never get in touch with you and take care of the fraud issues and your money is lost also your account and business or personal information is jeopardized!!

Liberty Bank contacted ME (again they contacted ME) that there might be some fraudulent charges on our debit card. We checked and there were totaling about $160. One was for a raffle for cookware another from a gym membership and another for a VPN account. The next day we went to the bank and cancelled the card and got a replacement. They bank could not do anything with the transactions at the time because they were "Pending" We left the next day for vacation and returned a week later and went to the bank to fill out the fraudulent claim paperwork. Approximately 10 days later we received letters saying they were valid transactions. We then called Liberty and they said they would send us the docs involved in them calling valid transactions. Never got them. Called again and basically told them "why would come to bank the next day, cancel my card, get a new one, then the same day we get back from vacation go to the bank to fill out paperwork. For my health? So Liberty Bank is relying on some fraudulent data they got instead of an life long customer. Unfortunately Liberty is the only bank in my town and if there was one called Joe's Bank or Not safe Bank I would pull my accounts in a minute. All the good this bank fid for me over the past 50 years went away when they believe some fraudulent person and not a life long customer. Stay Away if you want to keep your money safe.
