I ordered a pair of pants and was very surprised at the size they recommended based on their size guide chart. It was recommended that I order 4 sizes larger than my normal but I had never ordered from them and took their recommendation. Pants arrived and they fit just like a pair of pants 4 sizes too large. So back they went. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping for returns which I haven't come across yet but it's their policy. Cheapest route was $14.99 through the post office. I emailed EMS and asked if they would refund the shipping fee as well since the reason for the return was based on their incorrect size chart. They replied quickly and said they would look into it and asked for a picture of the shipping receipt. The result was a refund on the pants but no refund on the shipping, and instead they gave me two $10 coupons to use at their company. No word back on the incorrect size guide chart that they said they would look into and how or if they remedied the issue on their site. I did not ask for coupons and do not intend to spend more money at a company who has incorrect size charts. Poorly handled and I won't be giving them any future business.

Wonderful customer service, order came quickly and the products are such high quality! We were hesitant to order from them at first but it has been a wonderful experience and we will order all of our gear from them in the future!
