Excellent service from friendly and competent sales people. I was leaving for an extended trip and needed new lenses ASAP. They didn't have them in stock but the manager Joe Esposito went to another store, made them, and overnighted them to me, along with a courtesy lens cleaning gift. I can't say enough positive things about the A+ customer service, something that we see far too little of these days.
All in all, during a very stressful time, Joe made my day!!!

It's all about the money for them, and once they have yours, don't bother them. I went back to have my frames, (expensive frames) repaired, and the clerk assured me it could not be done. Without another word, she turned to the next customer, ...dismissed! Later that night my husband fixed them with a drop of glue. I will never go there again, and I would advise anyone I can to do the same.

Screwed up my prescription and kept giving me the "you have to get used to the new glasses" until the 30 day guarantee ran out, then wanted more money. Go to a REAL optometrist.
