Being a small business owner it can be scary to make changes. I am so happy I found Dave, he made the transition REALLY easy for me! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the way as my business grows, I feel so much more confident now! At times I feel "dumb" not knowing the next step to take, so all my questions he had solutions for and recommendations. I unfortunately couldn't of had any more of a hard time trying to file 1040ez tax return/amended return. I should of known I was gonna be in for a ride when Mr.lake invoiced and billed for his services before he even started filing both my returns, it was after multiple voicemails, and emails (roughly two weeks after I paid for his services) I was FINALLY able to get ahold of him and have him start the process of doing my taxes, once he started them it took another week or two for him to complete one of the two services, then proceeds to tell me hes too busy to complete the amended tax return in which I already paid him for. That hed do it at a later date. It wasnt till i was up set and unsatisfied that he furnished i completely and utterly wrong amended tax return, hes gone back to pretty much unresponsive, is screening my phone calls and will not refund the money he billed for services he seems to incompetent to complete.
