Paid for my meal. Online place is closed having all kinds of trouble with the owner do not eat here you will get sick stole my money never gave me the food. look them up on Meriden talks cant believe franchise didnt take this place away from owner yet

Did an online order, food never was delivered, drove to store and they were closed. Finally got ahold of someone 2 days later who said to come in and they would fulfill the order only to arrive and be told we dont have mashed potatoes or CHICKEN!!! Still waiting for them to refund account.

I don't give one star often.
This location is filthy and outdated. The staff is not the kindest and probably rather lazy. Let's face it... Every time I come here they are out of something. How do you not have lettuce to make salads? Wendy's down the road has its not like there is a supply chain issue. So someone either didn't order it, you have it and you didn't chop it or the facility doesn't have enough cash on hand to order product.
If the last one is the case, close down! Either way someone isn't doing their job. There are signs on products that they won't be making that day. The beverage area hasn't been maintained in years, always messy always sticky. Sometimes 20; minutes after opening which means it didn't get cleaned the night before. The health department would be fascinated to see that. They are always out of drink brands and occasionally don't have drink lids. I once brought a travel cup in to fill because they had no cups and lids.
When everything is available the food is ok. But I suspect the Boston Market hierarchy doesn't even know about this facility and probably should.
