Horrible customer service. My daughter's school used this photographer for class photos and the online process was a disaster. We had to make the online purchase between May 17th and before June 1st in order to not have to pay for shipping. I along with many other parents went on the website between these dates with no success. I on May 27th did finally get an order to go thru.....however I then received an email with my order number indicating there was an issue with my order. I returned the email which was an option for communication per the email I received. Emailed them on the 31st....no response....again on 1st......no response....finally on the 2nd (now after deadline to not pay shipping....interesting...hmmm) he finally gets back to me to call him. When I do get a chance to call. He walks me thru the online process yet he wasnt sure of what needed to be done and I had to back out and start over because he had wrong instructions first time. I indicate my original order was placed on the 27th of May so I shouldn't be charged shipping and he pretty much says oh well it is better for it to be shipped to your home anyway. Not the point at all had the site worked and I got a timely response it would have been completed without shipping. Now I have to pay to ship ($8) which good customer service would say if it is not the fault of my customer the customer shouldn't be penalized and the business should take on the cost of shipping as the loss.
