Had an item shipped from this store and it was packed like a tank and arrived safe and sound. Jimmy especially went above and beyond. I appreciate the efforts and time of him and the whole team.

So I jist called this store because I had purchased a gift certificate that was emailed to the recipient and now they can not find it in their email. So I called the store to get some assistance and the person answering the phone said he was the manager and basically told me theres absolutely no way to track it either my phone numbers or email. Before I could even get the question out of my mouth, it seemed like he had an answer, he seemed either too lazy or just not willing to help me any further, so purchasers beware there goes $100 down the drain.

Guitar Center in general gets a bad rap but honestly I think this location is great. Everything is clean and organized, the guitars are kept in pretty decent condition and their used selection is pretty good. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is definitely one of the good locations.
