Dunham Plumbing and Heating

Set up a time with them to have my plumbing issues looked at. They never showed up. Called a couple times and left some messages because, hey - things happen. Never returned my calls. It's now 2 weeks later. Happy for the folks who managed to actually get them to show up and perform work, but my entire impression was a complete disregard for my time and schedule. Will not be using them or recommending them for any work.

Mike and Todd worked quickly and installed our water heater at a great rate. Communication was easy throughout the process.

Another plumber gave me an overinflated rate so I called Dunham. The company was responsive and they were available to make an appointment quickly and they were flexible with my schedule. They identified the problem, which the previous plumber missed, and addressed it quickly. They explained what the issue was and walked me through what they were doing-- and the problem was solved very quickly! They were polite and personable. They were really affordable.
