        After they changed ownership, I had requested a day off with the scheduler (weeks in advance) who inadvertently did not follow through and schedule someone in my absence. The new owners called me and said I did not have it in writing (which was never the policy before). They took me off my case I was on for a long time and gave it to someone else. Next thing you know I am not getting any calls or new cases. All because the scheduler made a mistake.

        I have had several clients who use Comfort Keepers of Guilford for their non-medical, private duty needs and the staff is always very friendly, enthusiastic, and focused on the needs of the clients. Even better, they show up to work ON TIME! The office staff is also very accommodating if/when an issue/schedule change comes up. Very pleased with the quality of care.
