Dr Ryan is super kind, thorough, and been my doctor for a decade. We didn’t have a good experience with Dr Nguyen. I won’t go into details, but would suggest you look at doctors at Yale.

Charged me for a "weight consult," which consisted of stepping on a scale, yet never told me that would cost extra beyond what was covered as part of a basic physical. Awful. Also never returned phone calls to ask about costs.

2 years ago I made an appt with dr Ryan Terrance a new patient appt When I got there they said we are not taking new patients and sent me up to internist Gwen. He doesn’t listen. Any time I went all he did was push colonoscopy and mammogram. My health wasn’t important. Also getting refills and test result is like pulling your own teeth out. Some refills he wrote in the bottle no refill until you come in for 6 month follow up. Very cold uncaring group. They want follow ups to follow ups to follow up. I want to see a dr when I’m 🤒

Excellent doctor. Attentive, thorough. He correctly diagnosed what three other doctors overlooked. Always on time. I can't say enough about him.
