I had an appointment two weeks ago with Dr. Ryan and I was 10 minutes late because they changed locations and didn’t tell me. The week before, they sent me a text message to confirm my appointment with a number to call to reschedule. No one answered the three times I called. I was told I would have to reschedule even though I usually have to wait at least 15 to see the doctor. I’m writing this because I pointed out to them that all of their info on the internet still shows the old address. They said they would fix that but two weeks later, the old address still comes up.

Made appt to see Terrance. When I got there they sent me upstairs to Nguyen I was confused. Don’t say you take new patients if you don’t. Uncaring group. Also rude
