Norman is the best ! Reliable and great customer service. He installed my heater and my father's heater in less than 2 days. My fathers was an emergency and he was able to help us in the nick of time.

11-20-2015. When I decided to have a new natural gas boiler installed in a house I had just bought in Norwich, I wasn't sure which contractor to use. I called a few on a list and wasn't exactly reassured they would do the best job. My insurance agent stated he had used N.P. Brulotte to install his heating system and it has been functioning perfectly for a couple years. I contacted them and found they were not on the list for the NPU program. Mr. Brulotte went through the process to get on the list and soon he and son Jason, installed a new Triangle Tube Combi Natural Gas Unit. The work was most professional and nicely executed. They also removed the old oil boiler, oil tank and cleaned up the whole area where it had been. The new gas unit has been working perfectly for almost a year and I am totally pleased with the workmanship and results of the operation. The house is toasty warm at even the lowest setting. I highly recommend N.P. Brulotte for your Heating and Plumbing needs..
