In short, Nancy Schroeder-Perez was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I fell into a difficult situation when we needed to move our elderly parent into a full time care facility. Nancy went above and beyond to make this already difficult situation go as smooth as possible. From collecting scads of information on the property to providing us with several terrific contacts for estate sales. She worked all hours to meet a critical time-line on the market analysis report that was required for this not so "average" property. Her commitment to clear and precise communication throughout the whole process was greatly appreciated as this type of real estate transaction was totally new to us.
