My doctor sent me a prescription for a cane at this place. I should call to find out when it would be ready and come pick it up. The first person I spoke to didn't even know they had my prescription. They agreed to call me. Several hours later, another person named B called me. He did not want to give his full name, which was unprofessional, rude with an attitude. My daughter tried to talk to her as kindly as possible but the lady wouldn't let us talk and kept her point that my insurance was the problem. So I called my insurance which they explained to me how she had to bill it.. I called with a friend since my English is not very good. Mrs. B. kept saying the same thing and did not reason. I ended up calling another place and they were very friendly from the beginning and even though I spoke English, they understood me and delivered my cane to my house. I do NOT recommend the place at all, Mrs. B doesn't know how to do his job unless it means getting paid easily without having to call insurance or fill out any paperwork. Above all, the treatment with the patient was the worst.

I have been calling for 6 weeks. Not getting my medical supplies. Back ordered. Wrong supplies came in. Hoping in today. Then I am told on delivery vehicle today or tomorrow. Then nothing.. Then told be here today. No show. Then oh back ordered gain. Oh and hopefully on truck today or tomorrow. I need my medical supplies..now.
