There trying to get rid of people with state Medicaid that's why the birdy said and a lot of us know the truth the receptions Evelyn is very disrespectful and never answer there phone they take a lot of us like a joke and it ain't called for like me I have fusion my blood pressure reached 170 they had nothing to say n just sent me on my way , filing for discrimination cause that how I feel,and you wht it is for another Dr to talk bad about the last Dr there Keith vomiegin was and will always be the best Dr,they said he was to old and doing things the old school way im like wht??? Like yoder doesnt look in the mirror cause u ain't in ur 20 u look pretty old to.you mad cause they do a way better job then the new team that's in there.dicrimination paper filing asap.

This is the worst pediatric establishment Ive ever come across. The culture is disorganized, slow, and lazy. Not to mention, the waiting room was absolutely filthy. The childrens play area was full of dirt, gunk, dust, you name it. Everything was broken and looked like it belonged in the garbage. The floors were disgusting too. To make matters worse, I spent an hour in the waiting room with an infant and toddler on the day of my childrens new patient appointment. The checking in process was a hassle as well. By the time we were called to see the doctor I was ready to walk out of the health center. Once called, the experience was unremarkable. The doctor made no effort to get to know my children. From start to finish the experience took a little over two hours and the actual examination of my children was rushed. When it was time to leave I was so relieved. The icing on the cake was that after this appointment, I immediately reached out to CT childrens to transfer my kids medical records from Burgdorf there, but unsurprisingly, I cant get ahold of anyone at Burgdorf medical records. Anyway, parents beware.

It's no reason you should call a doctor's office over 10 times and the PRS doesn't answer the phone. Poor customer service needs an update with new staff
