        I ask help from E-mail and I had issue login my account and verify my orginal account and address and they reset my account and give me new account number so I can register new online account and pay my bill.

        Gouge prices like no tomorrow. Tried to use less water and my bill still went up, they should seriously be investigated for consumer fraud. They should be ashamed for changing so much for something as essential as water!

        Mdc Ct has the oldest and most archaic payment system this side of TX. Ct can do better. With The office being closed, i shd still be able to make a pymt by phone. I cant. Ridiculousness. Mdc upgrade the payment system and make it free for the customers. Thank u.

        This water Company need a serious improvement want it come to Customer Service. There are a thief. You get charge three dollars if you choose to pay online and use your checking account. And they dont mention it on your bills. When you call them. you wait 30 minutes for somebody to answer the phone and tell you they cant help you over the phone you have to stop by . I have multiple property in Connecticut So I have Connecticut water company Manchester water company and I have never had a problem with them .
